Shipping & Returns

All products are hand made when ordered. Most products ship out within a week of your order. However, some products can take longer. If you would like your order rushed, please note that in the Special Instructions section of your order. Please include the date that you would like to receive the products. Additional charges may apply. You will be notified by email if additional charges apply. Products will be shipped via UPS or USPS, using the method you have selected during check out.  If a package should arrived damaged, please let us know immediately.

Returns must be shipped via a service that allows the package to be traced.  Insurance is optional but highly recommended.  Please include with your return, the original packing slip, reason for return, and refund or product replacement request.
